Shipping policy
Orders will be processed within 12 working days from the date your order was placed.
This means we have up to 12 business days to make and package your order, and then it will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order via the provided tracking number (if you chose a shipping service that provides tracking.)
Once your order is shipped, if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier so that they can best assist you.
One Oliver cannot be held responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages. If the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier - you must work with them on the next steps.
International Shipments
We are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order total MINUS the international shipping cost.
Notes
Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US National Holidays.
Items returned to sender due to a customer address error will be re-charged the shipping rate.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order, we will do our best to modify orders, but cannot guarantee we will be able to.
